So here is what I wish to do and I am not sure how this will work.  If you have a lens and you want her to write an article then please make a comment along with the lens URL below.  The better the lens the better the article, but we can also write an article if you need something to get you going.

That means you get an article done for free that you can use on your lens… kinda like a PLR and I get to better train my staff.

Now all I want you to do in return is to go to the featured lens section of this blog and post a comment on one of the lenses that will give the lensmaster some ideas on how they can improve their lens.

It’s hard to put my finger on the exact thing that set this all off, but I do remember I had an idea of the sort of life I wanted and the type of job I would like to do. As for jobs, I have had a few and I think they would not be able to give me the freedom that I get from working online. Don’t get me wrong though, even today it’s not super easy and can take a lot of your time. You may have your own problems when working online, mine stems from my poor education which was a result of suffering from dyslexia which, when I was schooled, was not recognized. So if you see any errors in my grammar or spelling, feel free to tell me.
The one thing that really helped me get to this point was setting my goal. Sitting here, thinking about it, it’s possible that I had no idea the internet would be the thing that helped me reach said goal. So the goal I wrote down all those years ago was;

‘I want a job where I can say I don’t want to do anything today and it will still give me an income. It has to allow me to work from anywhere in the world and give me the chance to travel to as many places I can.’

I am in a very giving mood this week :)….. well it is my birthday!

The plan was to write a book on some of the important things that have happened to me whilst on this internet journey, but it’s not quite ready. So instead I will give you something which you will (I hope) find very interesting. Then when the book is ready I will send that to you also.

Last year I did an interview with some top guru about how to use Squidoo. This interview was only meant to be one hour long, but the people wanted more and more…. so we went for two hours straight!

Being a shy person I have not heard it myself, I don’t like to hear my voice, but I do know there are some very good tips in there. I got a few emails saying how good it was and some even said it was the best interview they had  heard all year.

I wouldn’t mind so much, but I AM getting old.

One of the biggest things that has made me feel old lately is that I am helping my nephew build his first online ecommerce store. He called me a few weeks ago asking about my military life and if he should take that path or study business at college. So I suggested the later so he could get something to fall back on and live a little before he makes a commitment to army life. Anyway, one thing led to another and now I am helping him create an online biz. It’s quite a lot of fun and it’s great to see how driven he is to get each thing completed as fast as he possibly can.

All this made me think of my online journey and so I started to write it all down in my own very unique dyslexic style

The hope was to have it completed by tomorrow and give it away to all the readers of this blog, just like you have done. Sadly, due to all the other things I do (manage my outsourcing team, working on my wordpress plugin, php programming and a few other projects) it’s not ready, but I will send it to you asap.

Another thing I created was my first personal blog (this one in fact) and twitter account. I use both a lot for traffic generation, but never really felt the need for having them in a personal aspect. One of the things that came from my last email, was the amount of questions and the well wishes from those concerned about my illness (more signs of old age I guess …lol). Many of the questions where about One Week Marketing, which is a great blue print for those who are just starting and want to see how easy it is to make cash online.

Another thing you can do, if you want to learn more about online marketing is to join Wealthy Affiliate, which has tons of tools to help you as well as a very active forum where other members (such as myself) help each other.
Lastly, there is a new service which will amaze you (it did me at least). This service allows you to ask your question, whatever it may be and a qualified expert will answer it. But, the answer is not just some canned response you would expect to get… its PERSONAL.

Imagine you need to find out about the best way to create your first video. You simply post the question and a panel of over 60 experts (I’m one of them) get your question…. then they take the time to made an audio answer. How cool would it be to get a personal audio from someone like Willie Crawford or Kelly Stone and yes even me which would start something like this;

‘Hi (Your Name), Willie Crawford here.
I just got your question about creating videos. The first thing you have to do is…… ‘

I think you will agree that this would be a super cool way for you to get an answer straight from the horses mouth! (No I am not calling Willie or Kelly a horse…lol)
