Trying to get pregnant quickly?
Trying to get pregnant quickly became an obsession for me. But it was worth every second as I have two fantastic children despite being told I would never have kids. My sister was also told she would never had children but her little boy is proof that sometimes the doctors, wonderful though they are, get it wrong.
I love my children to bits and aim to help every aspiring mom out there have this joy.
When trying to become pregnant it is important to maintain a positive self image - you are NOT to blame for any infertility issues that you may be experiencing. By actively looking for help, tips and information be reassured you are doing everything you can to help resolve your problem.
You need to make sure that you find some time to relax. I know from experience that this is much easier to say than to do. But I also know that you will make yourself and quite probably your partner miserable if you become obessed with getting pregnant. It is too easy to concentrate on nothing but the date of your period, when you are ovulating etc. You will drive yourself nuts looking for the early signs and symptoms of pregnancy and become devastated if your period arrives.
Stress will not help you get pregnant and may in fact prevent it. So be good to yourself and your partner, follow hints and tips that have worked for others and who knows you may be as lucky as I was. Please do drop back and let us know how you are getting on.

There is also a nice voting module in use, but maybe I would like to have seen some explination of each option - but then again maybe a wannabe mother would know what these meant (I’m unlikely to get preggas).
Overall a great lens with some nice pictures to break it all up and the ability for you to submit your own blurb.

Hi Karl (and Rachel).
Indulge the former Art Director and copywriter in me as I suggest some points about various things here for you and she to consider.
Karel, I like the color scheme here. I don’t like the faint aspect of the colors, both of which make seeing and reading less than easy.
Rachel’s headline is good, not great. It is workable but can be much better.
As a trained hypnotist I know the power of word choices. And one of the best known is the implication of failure in the word try. Try implies failure.
I’d rather read a headline with the benefit of succeeding at becoming pregnant… asap. (Why quickly is not explained; it ought to be. If not, I wouldn’t use the word.)
Well, those are my few cents worth of commentary. Do with each as you will.

I would suggest adding a section about the man’s involvement and potential to get fertility testing done. There are a number of men who will let their wives go through a lot of tests before doing their one test.

Add a picture to the supplements section.
Lots of different modules and they look great! Love the dose of humor in there too.
Not at all sure what to add - the lens is great. maybe a song from utube at the top “high hopes” or something kinda silly like that?
remove “trying to” from title - so it reads Get Pregnant Quickly
headlines are tough for me, but that one seems long….
I like the lens layout - nice mixture of text and images, and looks like a good quantity of useful information.
You could maybe call it “How To…”, or make it a question: “Are You Wanting To…”. But like the earlier comment said, these are just minor comments on a really nice webpage!
wow! I read you lens and was amazed! Some great information and pretty well written. I like how you used your keywords in the titles. Simple basic SEO that works. Maybe one more picture to add some aesthetics to the long section about supplements. Overall I think you have a 5star lens. Good job!

Hi everyone
WOW - how did I miss this feedback - sorry - I can be really dumb at times. I thought Karl was fantastic to put my lens on here but I didn’t know people would make comments too.
You have all made my day (which started out rough and its only 9.33 am!) so thank you very much.
Craig - will add the mens section - you are so right lols and their tests aren’t painful - they even get Magazines!!!
Hypnotist Blaze - thank you very much for your input - not sure I completely understand on the colours thing. The keyword I was aiming for was trying to get pregnant quickly but I will change it in view of the implied failure bit.
Joan - please critque any of my lens - I need all the help I can get and being Irish appreciate a straight talker.
Thank you Norman, Jonathan and BBanreff for your help too. I am going to try and put a picture in the list on supplements but may need some help doing that one so if you can point me to a lens that shows (in simple steps please!) how to do it, that would be great.
